A two stage, two building extension and renovations of existing buildings on an already operating campus. This Project comprised of one new single and one new two storey building.
- Materials used were off form concrete walls,
- Face blockwork walls,
- Colorbond roofing and Zinc wall cladding.
- Internal finishes include Bamboo wall and floor linings.
- Issues to the site were unstable soils which required the installation of 262 screw piles of varying length and diameters.
