Several of our Management staff and Site Managers have been employed with Universal Constructions in excess of 20 years. This has provided our Company with stability and a wealth of knowledge in all areas of the industry, and has been invaluable to our success as a builder.
Our Company adheres to the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry. We are prequalified with the Department of Building Management and Works as a Financial Level 4 and Technical Level Complex Builder.
Universal Constructions and our subcontractors have a dedicated commitment to addressing the skills shortage in Western Australia. We continually employ apprentices, train prospective registered builders, and encourage all our subcontractors to employ future workers of this industry.
