Mundaring Christian College- Parkerville Campus was constructed on a slopping rock site. The site has no mains water or sewer and a substation was created to allow power into site.
- The building pad and batter are made up of approx. 30,000 T of fill.
- The building comprises of concrete precast and clad walls.
- Internally the building is made up of concrete, vinyl and carpet floors.
- Walls are precast concrete, plasterboard, timber and pin board lined. With exposed supporting timber and structural steel.
- The building is designed as a multi-purpose facility comprising of GLAs, carpentry workshop, arts and ceramics studios, science laboratory, food technology, offices and staff facilities.
